My real question is how they managed to get the courses to line up with the top of the door there. They must have an actual contractor put up the starters or somethin

She's chunky but not sloppy.

These are the people that when they get home, they say "Oh yeah, siding is easy. I've done it before, no problem"

Your "competitors" are Habitat For Humanity volunteers? Dude, I'd aim a little higher for your business. Trashing on the work volunteers do is pathetic...unless your post was a joke. In that case, ha ha.

I think he was poking fun at the common misconception that vinyl siding can be easily installed by anyone. My crew gets a taste of this from me quite often: "Guys, I don't see the problem. The instructions on the box!" ect.

"Competitors" include homeowners that are deluded into believing that siding is always easy.

2 observations:

#1: I can't hate on them too much. I've looked like that trying to lock panels that came out of the box with a partially bent lock or were just cheap material.

#2: Say what you will. I would rather have them working with me (especially for free) than the ugly dudes that I have now. I think the crew would say the same about me.
