Tyvek Under Fan Fold?

I am fixing to put vinyl siding on my 70 year old house that is not insulated in the walls. i am wondering if it is alright to wrap it with tyvek then put fan fold on top of it or vice-versa.

also is $82 a square good for the alcoa sierra.

thanks
dan

Tyvek first then fanfold, shouldn't be a problem!

Re: Tyvek Under Fan Fold?

i've heard that u would create rot by wrapping house with tyvek then topping that with fanfold. i don't think it would be a problem. i live in arkansas and it gets pretty humid. Just wondering what u siding guys do with houses like mine.
