Hanging siding a few years back off pump jacks two stories up.

I couldn't reach the corner for the last nail so I told Harry to stand the ladder at the end of the house and follow me up. The ladder was on a deck.

About at the soofit, Harry and I heard a funny sound, then the ladder disapeared from under ol Harry.

For a split second it was just like a cartoon, Harry just hung there in mid air with a sheepish frown on his face. I thought he was going to cry.

Just before ol Harry started his rapid uncontroled descent, He flapped his arm's wiildly, I think he might have thought it was going to work.

True story........Oh yea, Harry just spraned his ankle.
