Time / Material Bid

I've always bid jobs by the square for siding but I'm finishing up a new construciton/remodle roof right now and they guy just wants me to do the siding. SUPER nice guy. I am friends with the guys that did the framing and building, and they say the same, super nice guy, he's good to you and does not question too much about the invoice.

He has a TON of trim to be done though. I was going to bid the siding by the square and the window dressings and stuff time/material as I just want to take my time on it to make sure it comes out perfect.

I'm only putting one other guy on this job with me simply because I LOVE working on his house. It's right on lake michigan, he cooks on the grill all day for us. He wants me to bring my dog out, I think he wants me to move in! It's just a real nice area to work in and my cell don't work.

I was thinking 40-50ish an hour + Material for trim then siding standard price per sq? First time doing time/material in 4 years.
