some more on Republic windows

i'm sure some of you know already but the reason they went under is because they were heavily exposed to a high pitch sale window/siding comany. this company owed alot of money to republic but repulic still kept sending them windows on credit thinking they could turn the ship for them. did'nt happen. they took over a 5 million dollar hit. the company was "pace" something or other....anyone have more info, please chime in.
