Siding & Windows Sales Training

I'm looking to expand my company & would like to learn more about siding & window replacement. I currently offer residential roofing & exterior painting, I have a solid business structure (although I am fairly small in size) I learned roofing from the ground up & have done very well with it but now I would really like to expand into new services without working on a crew for the next year learning everything. So i'm curious if anyone knows of a good training manual or video to teach me the in's & out's of siding & window replacement. Thanks for any help!

Most manufacturers have training videos online.

Also, your suppliers should be able to get you all the training videos you want.

Go to www.certainteed.com then click on the contractor side of the site, they have on-line training workbooks available as well as on line testing for certification on siding, (vinyl & fiber cement) composite & vinyl decking, roofing, insulation, etc. I'm sure other manufacturers have the same type of thing set up, the CT site also allows qualified contractors to get free listing of their company's services. To me vinyl siding is the easiest gig going, I can amke more $$ faster & easier than any other trade, roofing, drywall, decks, well sometimes decks can pay real well also, especially if you can sell them on composite.
