I would think the only difference would be to use screws instead of nails. I have not sided with steel construction, but have seen siding put on ICF's and it can be nailed or screwed.

Re: Siding On Steel Structure Building???

First off, let me say that I don't install siding for a living, but I am residing my own house. Our house is steel frame and I am residing with Hardi plank. I am using stainless self drilling screws. It started off a little slow but after getting the screw gun set up right it's moving along nicely. The original siding was shot on with a fluted nail (?) , but as I was removing it, most of them out of the studs too easily, so I would stay away from that method.
