If your worried about lifting the pole, this is all you need to do

Yoou obviously don't work with the same caliber of people I do. I'd be swimming right now.

I would be one of the three, not the one at risk

That is an offsetting penalty. Encroachment and illegal motion in the backfield.

Thanks, this place is a perpetual remodel, but I'm enjoying the process, so far.

Didn't get much time in this weekend, but I couldn't resist getting my shutters out of the garage.

Thanks Tom, I'm happy with the look. Still pondering how I'm gonna treat the circle top and the pork chops, but It'll come around. I just needed a weekend off. Maybe I'll toy with those items after hours this week.

Really looks good. For me the only thing that seems out of place is the lack of columns on the first floor overhangs

Patience my friend, it's gonna get some kind of treatment. I just got a painter buddy to come measure up the stucco for a new color. I'm thinking some Azek corner treatments with a flush panel detail. Gotta go slow as to not break the bank.

I hear ya. But that conflicts with what I was about to ask you.

Do you have a yard sign up, or lettering on your truck?

Yard sign is in my garage, no signage on my truck, not in the phonebook, been going 5-6 days a week since 1994, booked for at least 2 years with current GC. Still doing some nights and weekends when my sons are with their mom. When I did have signs, cards, truck lettering, etc., I spent too much time bidding jobs I was never going to get. Found some good builders, the rest is history. I prefer to be building in the field, that is where I shine.
