Scalloped Vinyl

Customer has some white scalloped vinyl around bay windows designed to accent their regular lap vinyl siding. The scalloped vinyl is cedar impressioned which has over the years weathered into 'dirty vinyl'...The H/O pressure washed the stuff and basically ruined the finish leaving a rough texture imbedded into the vinyl. Remained dirty looking too (it really looks bad!!). H/O wants to replace but with a product that does not have any cedar impressions molded in...wants a smooth finish. I looked around and found nada. Anybody know of a scalloped vinyl product to suit his needs?
