Is This Price Reasonable?

I am not a window guy I am a sheet metal contractor and have been on contractortalk for several years. Just trying to get some advice. Any help would be appreciated.

Single story rancher, front all brick (app 70*25) . Siding is 9' tall (about 11 square of siding).

1. certainteed perfection siding, facia, soffit. 90% of the work is ground level. remove existing aluminum siding and add foam board insuation $8000

2. new seemless gutters (6 outside corners, 2 inside corners) $1500

3. 9 siminton 5500 series replacements (remove old windows, install with all trim,caulk,etc...). $4800

Thanks just want to make sure this sounds reasonable.
