Plug holes in vinyl storm door

I have approximatly 100 holes to cover/plug in vinyl storm doors. They are from #12 screws and will be hidden behind the closer on the interior of the door.

Any suggestions on what I can use...I was looking for a plug, like a small version of the plastic push in 'screws' used for shutters.

Something like this except small and white.
