Pet Peeve

I may be too young on this board to complain but something has bugged me here and at other places and I'm in a crappy mood
Vinyl is spelled V I N Y L, not vanil or vynal or vinal or vinyal.

I'm nothing special when it comes to putting words on paper and know I make spelling errors if I don't check myself.
I just think we should know how to spell something we're selling.
I won't mention aluminum or fascia.
