Need Help With Hardy Soffit Pricing

I was wondering how much to charge for hardy soffit and fascia. I know how to price the siding, but the other jobs I've done were vinyl soffit with hardiplank siding. House is kinda cut up with a couple of 30' gables and dormers. Builder is to supply everything but the nails. I just have to figure labor. Im in a small market so I knoe I'll have to adjust my price, but I need a base to start with. Any help is appreciated, Thanks

Minimum $12 a linear foot for straight runs with vented fibercement soffit (1' over hang) and miratec fascia boards. That's labor and materials. If just bidding labor subtrace what the materials would cost you, somewhere around $7 a foot is approx.
