MaxiTILE

Anyone use MaxiTILE fiber cement siding? Looking at using it as it's cheaper than Hardie and Certainteed. Any opinions?

How about LP Smart Side as well?

Not a big fan of fiber siding always seems like the joints like to open over time.

Re: MaxiTILE

I was just looking into both of those products. my supplier is pushing me to the LP smartside since they have had almost no problems over the last 10 years with that.

Re: MaxiTILE

I've only seen a few house w/ Smart siding or Smart board. The houses were about 15 years old but the siding looked pristine.
