Marvin Clad Tilt Pack And Storm Windows

Read the last thread with opinions on tilt packs so here with a related question.

Anybody have problems with clad units and storm windows?

Job conditions:
House was sided with vinyl years ago, exterior casings were wrapped but only tucked in behind existing storms. So if I use a vinyl replacement, inside edge of casing is exposed (chipped paint, etc) means pull siding, break siding, curse, throw hammer, re-wrap trim fix siding, not really the way I want to go.

Plan is to go with new storms and Marvin or Brosco tilt packs. Clad is preferred for maintenance reason but will go all wood if there might be problems. Then new storms.

Thanks for your thoughts.

i like the idea of storms with the tilt pacs, full screens with an aluminum wrap on the caseing never seems to work for me
