I like Grumpy's idea the best, however, the topside of a window of that size is always a nice area for water infiltration and I don't like making my primary water barrier a bead of caulk between coil and stucco. They expand and contract and two vastly different rates and that seal will fail at some point sooner or later.

I would like to see some sort of one piece drip cap that could be installed prior to the insertion of the and tucked behind the fin or stucco.
