Question hardie plank siding

it's been 4 yrs since i've priced out hardie plank siding!!! anyone have any helpful hints???? i've got 3500 sq feet to bid and do

you ALWAYS charge more for a hardi install. its more labor intensive than vinyl and obviously the material costs more. keep in mind you will probably wind up using azek for all the trim and thats expensive .
hardi has to be cut with a saw,its dusty as hell and it has to be caulked with some flashing. you have to be getting about 850 per sq for that stuff at least.
