cost for wrapping trim on house

I've found that certain neighborhoods in my area built in the mid 80's have vinyl siding and wood rakes and fascia with no overhand on the gable ends. The result is rotten wood as well as the constant need for painting. I'm considering marketing to these neighborhoods but not quite sure how to price it out. For materials 80 cents/LF will cover costs, and I've come up with a tiered pricing for 1st story vs 2nd story and one piece wrap versus a 2 piece wrap (more common on the front fascade of some house). Has anyone successfully sold this service (w/o installing vinyl)? I'm going to look into cost for painting one such house and use that as a basis to sell the work and looking for $5-8/LF (1st vs 2nd story)-but of course if the price is too high people won't see the value in it. It would make sense (to me anyway) that if a painter would charge $800 to paint all of the trim, a 50% upcharge, or $1200 would be a good value to never have to paint again.
thoughts??

Your pricing may be to low to take on a short job like trim. If you were selling this service you should recieve a commision even if your doing the work yourself.

My guy get 250 + I pay my self 250 when working = 825 375 profet over head fuel . Plus we load the pumps the night before and off load the next day .I think 150 'x10 =1500 bucks would be better. The sideing on the house is almost 30 years old and looks like s--- i think they would be better off changeing the sideing and windows ,new bathrooms ,kitchen ect. what the hell ive got the tools out of the truck!
