Cornice Work

Any of you guys do siding on buildings that have cornices at the top? I just moved from Charlotte to Philadelphia and I am running into a ton of cornices that customers want capped. Im looking for a way to explain how they are capped. Any suggestions?

I'd be happy just to figure out who's supposed to explain what to who!!

Seriously, Paul, - - I don't even understand what your question is.

Re: Cornice Work

all of the row homes in philly have cornices rather than soffit and facia. most of which are covered with aluminum siding. A lot of customers want to change the capping to vinyl and I wanted to be able to describe the work involved.

That looks very crowded. Why would anyone move there? I keep moving away from that stuff.
