lol home owner insisted
one was there for years and he actualy wanted me to put
the old one back up

Corner board is trim and trim int or ext is an art. Installing corner trim on horizontal siding reminds of the equinox I saw at these Mayan Ruins. It's the shadow of a serpent that comes down on 365 steps of a pyramid. If you can get the picture? It's all about lay-out. I usually do sophet,facia,trim,and walls last. Turnsout pretty good!
