Interesting drain detail, is that an integral gutter for a flat roof?

azek was installed over existing trim pocket was routed
heads where all azek drip with metal z back to the wall
no problems with vermine that i know of
the scupper is made from pvc and catches water from the valley

couple more questions....

This was a reside?

you tore off the old wood siding (butting), left the trim, sided to the old corners, casing, etc...then applied new trim?

I like the look, and making a reside easier... but it would be a hard sell to my PM. is there a water table/skirting

house had alum/asb/then origional clap
i took of thealum/ and asb left the origional clap siding
origional corner boards and water table were previously removed

i installed 1/2'' osb to the entire house over the claps butting up against the origional window and door trim
