cleaning deet off vinyl siding

A customer sprayed Deep Woods OFF on his light gray vinyl siding to stave off bugs around the doors. The DEET stained it a brownish color. Does anyone know how to remove this?

Try WD 40 or Fantastic, Goof Off might work but it's harsh on some colors. If that doesn't work sell him on residing that section of the house.
