Choice of materials to complement vinyl

I have a 24" bumpout from the wall and contemplating material use-want it to be white and paneled similar to Lonestar's great looking picture but simplier. Inital thought was to use Azek sheets and go over with it 1x2 or 1x3 Azek. Not looking for vinyl material-no Alcoa ProBead or similar.

one more thing, you could just side all the way to the edge and finsih it off with some 31/2" azek trim boards..the panels under the windows have to go.
