Certainteed Vinyl Siding Lock Issue

I'm having trouble with the panels not locking into place on the Mainstreet product. On our last 2 jobs we've had to really watch that they don't come unlocked when we're nailing them and it is worse when it is hot or in direct sunlight. I have never had vinyl do this before??? Has anybody else had this issue?

Main Street Dutch Lap is shipped on a pallet with 4 boxes sideways. These boxes that are not laying flat seem to distort when shipped in hot weather or if not laid flat at the distributor. If the plastic cover over the pallet of siding isnt removed soom enough in hot weather the siding in most of the boxes will distort. Main Street is to thin and many of the dark colors have issues with distortion, especially Granite Grey and Oxford Blue. You should switch to Monogram.

thats cause mainstreet is one step above the crap at homedepot. My problem around here is I am running into a lot of contractors that put monogram in their bids, and then use maintreet and the customer has no idea
