Can't Find Good Help,any Suggestions?

I placed an ad on another site and It was scarry,All I wanted is someone experienced in siding trim and gutters how hard is that!I got guys that have no experience,and the stories get worse.Any idea on how to find good help? One guy wanted a 3 hr paid lunch, and it gets worse,any suggestions?
