Basement Window With Dryer Vent Hole

Does anyone know a vendor who sells a basement window that has a vent hole for a dryer vent. I have alot of customers that want the daylight while being able to vent their dryer.

Around Philly they do it in glass blocks/windows. You just order it with the hole where you want it.

I try to reroute the dryer vent through the boxsill whenever possible.

I just screw in a piece of lexan and cut a hole in it.
