Average Price Per Ft For Soffit Fascia Labor

Hello, one of my buddys wants me to install soffit and fascia for a house he just got, I installed it plenty of times just never had to bid it. So i was wondering if some of you could just give an average price. That would be super. Im actually doing the siding to I think im in the ballpark at 60 a sq? Thanks, Im in the west mich area

I would say about 4,000 Yen per small sq. and 5,000 Won per large sq.

roughly 40% of the siding labor bid. $60 a square is pretty cheap. Hope he doesn't expect it to be perfect for that price.

Been there brother. I lived off post in Itaewon. My 2 bedroom apt rent was 1.75 million won ($1375 US) per month. The subway was actually pretty cheap - like 60 cents US.

I paid about $35.00 per month off base for a single room, of course this was in 1976-77.

In a little place called Biin, about 30 min. south of Kunsan.

I was intentionally gonna go a little low because hes a friend, but I guess 60 sq sounds a little too low. Thanks for your input
