anderson and marvin windows

Hello
Is anderson and marvin windows the same company? Looking at the doublehung magnum window. Pretty hard to get a quote. Anyone familiar with the magnum line?

And most window companies contact Home Builders about using their products. Not nice of them to leave Helen the Home Builder out in the cold.
