I only know of 6" corners longer than 10'.
Is there a reason you want/need 10'+ one piece corners?

Re: 20' 4" Corners

Yea Im doing a tiny ranch with a walk out basement on the back. The rear corners are spilt by a deck so they are not a problem however there is a large chase on one of the gables and the corners on that are about 14'. I originally told the owner to go with the 5" corners to avoid seems because i told him the seams would look like crap, but he said they would look to big on the house so now ive got them up and he says wow you were right that doesn't look good. Im trying to talk him into letting me make the corners on the chase out of aluminum coil because the seam wouldn't be as noticeable.

With the heavy expansion/contraction rate of vinyl, you're much better off with the seam, anyway.

Put the seem as far as possible above eye level and tuck the top piece into the bottom, - - you won't even see it.

Water shouldn't be an issue because even if it were to get in (on that tight fit), - - it would just run down along the insides of the post and come out the bottom anyway . . .

Re: 20' 4" Corners

I had to put it at the bottom because 10' up is level with a huge window looking out of the house and he did not want to look at the seam. He did tell me he should have listened and gone with the 5" corner which comes 20'

Yup he sent me a link to the Alcoa website that explained to me how i should splice the corner together. THENNNNN he asked how big of a deal it would be to swap out all the 4" corners on the house with 5" super corners!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its all cedar impressions tooooo which go up from right to left

I was going to say go to the Alcoa site and check out 3.5" lineals as an option. I am using super corners on one of my projects with the whole house cedar discovery shakes. Much easier than certainteed or nailite. Check that out as well if its not to late.

Try Certainteed, they have a few types to choose from in 20" length, I am planning to do a house in the Monogram line of siding and they have some cool types of corner trim.
