Lutron Panel Installation

The Lutron comment in the other post made me think of these I did over the summer:

The smaller panels on the wall are dimming panels and the longer one is for switching only.

More dimming panels. It was tough to shoe horn this many panels in one room. The other shot is the same room, the wall to the right of this photo. Behind me is a 1200 amp distribution panel, and to the left the penthouse riser and EM panel. Lots of stuff in this room. The trough had to be constructed like that because you can't hit anywhere but the top of these panels, and you need 6" of space on top, bottom and in back of them. Anyway, enjoy.

It's a terminal strip along the top that has a hot, switch, dim and neutral out. The other 85% is empty space, circuit boards, toroidal filters, debuzzing coils and wiring harness.

I know that silly...(you'll have to excuse the dusty lense on the cellphone cam):

This is a shot of a 36ckt Lutron panel I installed last summer.
I can't find the after shot

On the right, you just barely see the Graphic eye controller.

What does it like AFTER you put the wiring in place?

Re: Lutron Panel Installation

That is some sweet work. Totally sweet piping. Are those gutters custom or off-the-shelf?

gutters are all custom. There is a place in Chicago called J&A. They will build ANY type of box you want. Here is a nice custom job they did for us. Box goes around exisisting ground pipe:

Celtic, I don't have any pictures of the insides. Sorry, I wasn't sure what you were asking.

Very nice work. Question: What was the gross on a job like that? What did you have to pay the guy hourly that did that? That is one of nicest jobs I've ever seen.
