Load Leveler

Load Leveler (I think that's what it called). It's a loading dock for big trucks.

The bumpers were put in after the damage was done to prevent damage from happening in the future.

Its a "dock leveler" and often the welders or mechanics get strapped with the electrical work upon install. sad

Also, lack of bumpers is a OSHA discrepancy/violation
