Exterior Lighting
Somebody sent me these pictures to see what i thought of them. Ok so it was my mom who sent them. I think a handhole box is in order here with some new liquidtight flexible nonmetallic tubing going from the box to the fixture.
How would you go about fixing this?

Fake rocks. Wow, I'm impressed. I've never seen them before.

A little duct tape and maybe some WD-40 if the light squeaks in the wind.
If it is UF then just put the splice in a liquid tight box and be on your way, if it is NM, start the trench digger.

Looks to me like there's nothing you can do with it. They need to demo the building in the backround, run new service from the point of generation, reconstruct the building so a new building service can be installed, demo then re-build the planter, then, wire it up with yellow wire nuts.
Could'a saved a few million if they'd just used the yellow ones the first time.
