Ummm ... and why would a furnace be running during the summer anyways?

Same reason my neighbors air conditioner runs all winter.

THAT home features corion tops? What's so custom about the interior? AND with that $29.95 micro and the $12.50 install Hmmmmmmm, something very fishy there. I believe that boy posing as a cert. electrician owes the builder money.

Granite is basic in a custom where I come from.

I guess there's a sucker born every minute.

and yes , that could be close to 2 if it's near swamp land , airport or a dump

Good question. The answer is air conditioning, the removal of warm air from a specific space. And the difference between a furnace and a boiler is one blows cool/ warm air (furnace), the other heats water for baseboard or steam heat (boiler). There are a lot of people in the construction industry who do not know the difference so if you didn't know that before, now you do.

From what I understand, it was built as a spec house so the builder obviously used not only the cheapest labor he could find, but also the cheapest materials too.

Corion tops are not an option.

WHEN YOU HAVE ELEVATORS IN YOUR CUSTOM HOME , CALL ME.

You also will not see brain farts like that $29.95 micro . w/ the $12.50 install...............

NOW WHAT WERE YOU SAYING ABOUT ME HAVING CLUES?

I brought up the clue less stuff and was ribbing you. That's my job.

I have seen Corian in 150k kitchens that I have built, Hey that's what they wanted. It might be a color they liked and article they read etc, but they wanted corian tops. Where I am at its Granite, Silestone then Corian in
2 mill+ homes.

There might be much better options but those are what they choose

Dude, with all due respect, you may work in some wealthy neighborhoods and that's fine, but this was a spec house, not a custom home. Relax, I am just trying to illustrate poor construction methods which is what we have always done here on the forum.

I'd think you'd know how to
spell it then, it's Gladwyne. I know I always forget how to spell where I live.

Your a pretty strange dude. And you don't know what wealthy is pal. 2 mill buys you a POS im my parts. The hired help live in 2 million dollar homes in certain neighborhoods. The cleaning lady on a job I am at now drives an 08 Hybrid Explorer. However that is not the point. I am courious to know why you feel the need to "one up" others? When people gloat about how great their life is or how great their economics are, chances are, they actually hate themselves and live in the ghetto accross the tracks. That wouldn't happen to be your deal would it? I mean, it would explain your odd and usually silly comments. I should be nice, maybe that car wreck messed your melon up. If you are handicapped please let me know, and I'll be nice to you as I have sympathy for the mentally challenged.
