Just Finishing Spec House

just wrapping this house up. top to bottom reno. was a typical sidesplit. entrance door was in the right inside corner. i centered it, added the front portico, put the little hip roof over the garage, redesigned a nice open floorplan, heres a few photos.

looks good. I love the wall color in the kitchen. Love the window seen from the stairs. Nice touch.
