IFC Foundation Pour
I seen someone refreshed the last ICF thread. So i thought i would post some pictures of the foundation we just did.
8" x 36" Grade beam (crawl space) foundation, Using Nudura ICF concreate forms (Lego blocks!) 23 piles 16" diameter and by following local code up here 20' deep. Property is located within 500 feet of the lake Last edited by ryanh; 08-22-2008 at 02:16 AM. Reason: update |

Few more.. I'll take a few more pictures post pour. No Anchor bolts/J bolts used here. Sill cemented right into the top of the beam

Are you much experianced with ICF? How do you find it? Good profit?
I notice you are not using the steel adjustable props. Do you always do it this way? Looks good, looking forward to neaxt pics. |
