a fun addition from 03
Here are a few pics of an addition we did back in 02-03. It was a GREAT ROOM and master suite. When you look at the front of the house you would never know what it holds inside.

that room is HUGE! it is 20' to the flat or the ceiling. There are 12 skylights. 6 on each side of the roof and they are all gang flashed together. The great room is about 35' x 40'. two years after we did that job, a friend of that customer had us do the same thing, but on a smaller scale.

I don't want to know what the whole addition cost but I'm wondering how much just the windows themselves cost- on the back wall.

Wow! great job.
I wouldn't want to pay the heating and cooling bills though.

My in-laws have a similar great room...fire place, multiple sitting areas, grand piano, etc....the tv is maybe 27" ~ these type rooms are not designed for tv watching.

Nice work. Is that an adult's room? Having all those stuffed animals for a well-adjusted adult is..........strange?

OK since this thread is about a year and a half old I don't think anyone will mind me taking it a bit off topic....
Seeing that address painted on the curb takes me back. I remember when I was a kid this guy coming to our front door and selling my parents on the fact that they should hire him to paint our address on the curb in this reflective paint so that emergency services could find the house in the middle of the night should they need to do so. If I remember correctly he was charging about $100 to do this. Next thing you know just about every single house in the entire neighborhood had their address painted on the curb. This guy must of cleaned up! What a racket.
I don't see it very often anymore, just wondering if anyone out there still does this?
