Damaged Garage Rebuild Last month

Rebuild:
Property maintenace garage hit by car. Front of building shifted off foundation (Trusses Ok):






Repairs/rebuilding:




Finished (except trim & door paint, exterior electrical and downspouts):

Gated community. 16 year old kid - resident.
Night time. Entry Gate left opened. Kid went flying thru and must have stomped on the gas when going for the brake. Drove thru the gate about 40 feet. Hopped a curb. Knocked out the light pole pictured below (That was a straight pole at one time). Drove another 80 feet and hit the corner of the building hard enough to knock it off the foundation (see additional damage pic):



Opposite end of the building.
