Current Project

This is one of our current projects. My crew has done an awesome job. I have 4 guys on the site that framed the walls and roughed in the electrical in 4 days. We are doing about everything but the roofing.

Re: Current Project

Take this project, add in a room addition, a complete historical restoration of a Farm House built in 1900, 1000 log cabins over 2yrs time, and a 50 unit Condo / Golf Course Resort and you'll understand why I am going crazy searching for talented employees in a hurry.

Re: Current Project

It is the first of 2 additions to a restaurant. Looks like we have a little over 2 weeks left to completion and opening. The rough inspection has been done and the walls are being closed up this week. I should have more pics on Monday. The electrical is roughed in and all thats left is trimming it out and pulling in the 500 mcm feeders. The inspector has already signed off on the rough without needing to see the feeders. Must have done an above average job for the area. We got this far with 4 guys and I just pulled 2 guys off to start a new job.

Re: Current Project

Not sure about the cabins yet. I know we will need help once the job gets going full speed. It will be an average of 47 cabins going up a month. My guys are good and fast but not that fast. The labor supply in this area could never handle it. I would have to hire every carpenter, electrician, roofer, and plumber in the area to keep up with that demand.
