Actually it is just around the corner from where I live (acreage). The pond was dug by the county about 18 years ago. It is spring fed and maintains its level via a drain outlet into the creek which I was standing next to when I took the pics. I have known the client my whole life, we were next door neighbors (farming neighbors). I graduated with one of his boys. He is now retired and this is his little private fishing resort. I just happen to be the only one he lets use the area. Though I don't fish, we do alot of waterfowl & deer hunting in the area. Next weekend

I'm not sure where they are exactly, Mike, but he has two sons in Colorado who have built & own several banks out there. They are both bankers by day, but one is a briefcase GC (on the side) who builds dozens of houses a year.
