Could you supply a detailed break down for everything you have suggested. How many baths do you recommend, I was thinking maybe a bath addition, lets call it an outhouse. I think the trip will depend on final cost estimate.....

ok, guess I'm the underground economy guy.

My client had TWO of these, on adjoining properties.

What's she gonna do with them? Permit costs & demo expense out of the nice little old lady's pocket to remove 'em, then, no place to park the lawnmower and bicycles, etc...

Cut a hole in one wall, passed the chain thru to other side around a 8' 4 x 6 held up horizontal and pulled her plumb enough for the door to open... Shear panelled corners and over door.
Corrugated tin over roof ! no sheathing!!!
Quick pressure wash and blasted it with a heavy coat of elastomeric to hold the whole thing together for a few more years.
SOMETHING is better than NOTHING.

A licensed minion of the state couldn't, and wouldn't touch something like this.

I didn't make much, but then again, the job wasn't worth much... Ha!

BTW, they've got another 5yrs use out of them, so far.
