Yeah once I built a 6" red perimeter around a 35k projection tv's screen, $500 it cost them, they were happy. Whatever it takes.

Here's mine. Mostly harmon-kardon and klipsch. Bout 10k in it. Mainly watch concert dvd's. It has surround sound capability but I just use front main speakers and subs. To me concerts don't sound right in surround sound. Back in the day I would drive a beater pick-up but I allways had a nice bike and sound system.

Do you use that flash light as a lamp?

All the furnishing budget go to the nice rack?

Cool set up. Wife looks like she is in a good mood too.

Good one !
Usually just leave the bar lights on and the pool table light on even though there are about 14 can lights down there. Use the flashlight to find dvd's
ect.

Ya know I just might get off my arse and build a rack this winter !
Put that one in the garage where it belongs, or the shed.........

It's all good.

When you get ready, let me know if you would like some help with a drawing and cut list.
I'm feeling generous today, take me up on it.

This job had a designer involved. Nice lady, easy to work with and I would never do anything to disrespect her or her clients, but...

My personal taste and her's are not the same. I'll dance to her tune and make her look like the designer from heaven that she is because thats what I do. And I do it well with a smile on my face.

Ya know? Ya feelin me?

Stunning work Gus, absolutely stunning. But, why aren't the bi-fold doors motorized also?

I obviously know what the cabinet went for. I also know what the electronics went for.
Not sure what the new fireplace insert cost or the new tile surround, but I can guess that.

How much would you pay for your TV viewing pleasure?

When I turned on the power to the TV the motorized arm moves the unit out to this pre determined location. Power off and it goes back.

Don't ask me what all the components are. I have no clue.

The vent lookin thing in the kick is the sub woofer that lives in the crawl space. It has a duct thingy that delivers the base.

I mean no disrespect to the nice people who paid for this stuff. I just really wonder what kind of cash would most people put out for a quality system if you could afford it.

Thank you very much for the kind words.

I'll look around for the motorized bifolding pocket door hardware.

I think that you can adapt a garage door opener to make it work?

Re: What Price Would You Put On A TV?

I could do it. But it would cost them dearly.

I did that hidden entertainment center using the actuator I got out of that palce I linked to. It worked pretty good. Haven't got a call back yet (knock on wood)
