we just finished erecting that 3200 sq ft Olympia building, yes, now office and lunch room for the customer with storage above,

they do boat tops and custom canvas work, this is their second building from us on the same location

One of my customers has those same type floor joists under her house. I can just imagine the condition of that chipboard after a number of years & high water exposure.
