Small deck

Here is my latest project.

(Project not done yet, dont judge it till its done )

It is about 19' tall, and 4' out by 11' wide. Doing it in Correct Deck Mahogany and Deckorators forest green balusters (still waiting for the product to come in) Just wrapped the beam and framing in fascia today. Old deck was about 11' X 11' but the owners did not like where the post was. It blocked the view out the window too much. So I had to put the post in a specific spot so we had to make it a lot smaller.

Yes that is pigmented dryvit. I was doing dryvit when dryvit wasnt cool with people until they realized you can change the color.

Robert great selection point for the load exspansion beam.

It is a good balcony view deck placement for that home.

As far as I know its just your run of the mill stucco. The old ledger was put on before the stucco but after the paper and chicken wire with no flashing. I had to cut the chicken wire and paper away to get some flashing behind it. Then I just lagged like normal (2) 3/8" lags @ 12" O.C.
