Nice! I have done a good bit of radius work over the years ... for shallower stuff Azek has been a major improvement over the old days.. Also free tip.. back when we used wood we would order thinner milled stuff (3/8" usually) and do multi ply. Nothing pisses me off more than bending Azek to the point of it snapping!

Especially when it's a little on the cool side, it blows up like a frag grenade. Sharp little Azek razor blades.

the old one (what was left of it) had layers of cedar... probably about 3/8

we used the 5/8 azek which is actually 5/8 and had very little problems. the inside was tha only fight
