Here's a before and after pic. of our latest kitchen reno. Everything was gutted down to the bare walls. Paint still to come.

Re: Kitchen Reno
"gutted down to the bare walls"... but you kept the cabinets & counters, right?
I guess when I hear "gutted" I think of bare studs, ha ha. Looks nice. |

Re: Kitchen Reno
Nice. Are those maple? What is the flooring?
You said you were posting a "before" and after pic. Did you post the wrong pic for before? I think that's where the confusion came from above. |

Re: Kitchen Reno
My bad. The before picture is after we put in the cabinets, I'll try to find before before picture. Melissa, yes the cabs are maple and the floor is Tarkette vinyl. We couldn't put ceramic because the subfloor needed alot of work and the HO was on a very limited budget. So, for just under 10 grand it looks 85% better and they're very happy.

Re: Kitchen Reno
Under 10K?
Was that including the cabinet purchase? Cause if if all of that was done under 10K including labor and material, then they done got themselves a deal. |

Re: Kitchen Reno
6 grand for the cabinets and countertop
439 for the floor 150 for the ceramic backsplash 170 for the stove fan about 100 for the trim and crown 120 for the sink 130 for the faucet the rest was labor, 2 of us 1 week's work they had a kitchen in the basement, so we didn't have to rush
