Jewelry Cabinet & Secretary


Some of my work...
I did the cabinet this week, talk about fun working around the crazy weather (my shop for this was my front deck)

Looks nice, except I don't like the finish. Maybe it's just the flash...

Red Oak - with a dark Mahogany & Pecan Maple stain mixed - its the color they like & they like the finish

Did I mention I hate painting & stain work? Personally I don't think it looks so hot. For bigger projects, those I send to a painter

Nice build! Some wood conditioner might have helped the blotches. The bottom drawer on the chest looks kinda like som stain was spilled on it. But if the client is happy thats what counts!
