Garage cabinets

A good customer of mine wanted some new cabs for storage in her garage.
To keep the cost down I used white pine for facing and toe kick (it IS the garage) and birch plywood doors.

I had a problem with the plywood doors ( cheap import stuff) so I went back and added shelves to the doors to keep them straight.

Nice work.

I see you use a 1 1/2hp PC router for field work, too. I've had my fixed/plunge kit for over 10 years now--still a great workhorse tool.

South of town, close to Bridgeville, just across the Washington county line. I used to skip school and play pinball at the pizza joints in Bridgeville and Carneige.

Yes, sounds like the same kit I have. I used the plunge base on couple of projects and haven't touched it again since--the lock down for it is a PITA.

I havent used the plunge either and that was one of the reasons I got that kit . I think it was the way the guide fits into the plunge base that puts the 2 knob handles in an awkward position (front and back instead of the sides),..bad design. Do you have the fine tune guide for it?

I've got an edge guide for it somewhere gathering dust.

That must be a pretty nice crib. I'm spotting masonary stairs, chair rail and plantation shutters in the garage?
