Finished Deck


New to the board and figured id share some of my work!!

10x12 main deck, grille pocket, and 10' octagon. timbertech decking, PT framing and railling.
built from start to finish, including sono-tubes, in 7 days. any comments feel free.

Welcome! That is a neat design, yours? The grill pocket is a great idea for a smaller deck. Makes the rest of the space more useful. Great job!

yeah my design, sat down with the homeowner and they told me what they wanted, a space for a table and chairs, and a larger area for standing, grilling, etc.
they were looking for something kinda unique in a neighborhood where all the houses are the same. this is what i came up with, along with 2 other designs. one with a 2 level radius. ( i think it was a 12' top and 10' bottom, only a step down to lower level) and the other was with a full gazebo over the octagon. thank god they chose the one without the gazebo.

i am almost finished with a bathroom i've been working on, ill post some pics of that next week after final punch list.
