Finally a decent Job
Just started a nice job which finally i can empty most of my truck in the driveway.Though this winter was long,i did manage to buy some new tools that i can finally try out! the mft/3 tables double as a outfeed for the new makita 2704. i got lucky here the tables are a 1/2" shorter than the positive stops of the stand
tommorrow i will try out the festool ts75 on the mft/3,s,i need to rip the pvc sheets for the bays.

i just needed to redo the lower part where i replaced the plywood. the paper was free from my garage
i ended up using certainteed restoration boards! this one place had all the sizes and sheets instock and they are local. they say it cost more than azek, but i was able to wheel and deal and they gave it to me for the same price as azek!
pretty good stuff i really dont see a difference. i bet you its azek under a different name for more $

Keep me posted on how you like that Dap product, we always use Christy's Red Hot PVC adhesive, it literally fuses the stuff together. It has no flexibility though, looking for options on long runs.

You can turn the flash off when you're outside!
It looks great. Love your truck, it's an eye catcher and it's clean!

Day 3, day started out good first up was the ripping of pvc sheets for the bays, first shot at my new festool ts75 that i bought in feb on ebay. thought i was taking a long time lining it up but turned out i ripped all the squares for the 1 bay in 45 min. time seamed to stand still while using this saw! keep in mind im solo on this. my cuts were a half of a 16th off in 8',without using any clamps on pvc sheets. sweet desighns on these rails.

and surprisingly finished the bay today, cleaned up and caulked, also set up for the next bay.
was daylight savings time on today? or maybe the festools really speed up production!(just trying to justify the purchases before they go in storage for another 6 mnths)

Good lord man, get yourself a dust extractor!!
Now I have to get another MFT/3, show off!!
Stuff really does go faster when you have the right tools for the application. Ripping and cross cutting with the rails is a snap. I have been looking at their new parallel stop things for the guide rails for easy repeatable rips and cross cuts.
Did you get all the do-dads with those tables off ebay as well?
