just a note on that footing, I think there may be a little concern about the soil. the post will hold. the anchor will keep the post to the pier footing for sure. but the "tipping" of the footing may be an issue if the soil pressure isn't greater than the downward force on the footing. 3" off center could double the soil pressure needed to hold the footing in place...to keep it from sinking more on one side or the bottom from getting pushed out. not sure what your conditions are at the site, just thought I would throw that knowledge your way. great looking project!
